1. Make sure we can open your files
If your CV, video, or certificates are private or require access — we can’t see them. Use shareable links (Google Drive, Dropbox) with “Anyone with the link can view” enabled.
2. Tailor your CV to the teaching job
Generic CVs from unrelated fields like marketing or retail often get skipped. Put your teaching, language, and kid-related experience right up top. Make it obvious that you're the right fit — don’t make recruiters search.
3. Say hello like a human
We still receive applications with no message — just files. A short, polite intro shows professionalism and care.
Example: “Hi, I’m Jane. I’m applying for the online ESL position. Please find my CV and demo attached. You can reach me at jane@email.com. Thanks for your time!”
