User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data associated with BILINGVAL INC. (“Bilingval”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including data received through Facebook, Instagram, Meta products, our website, lead forms, messages, or educational services.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you want us to delete your personal data, please send an email to:

2. What to Include in Your Request

To help us find and process your data deletion request, please include:

  • your full name;
  • the email address or phone number you used to contact Bilingval;
  • your Facebook or Instagram profile name, profile link, or user ID, if the request is related to Meta platforms;
  • a short description of your request.

If you are requesting deletion of data related to a child or student, please confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian.

3. What Happens After We Receive Your Request

After receiving your request, we will review it and take reasonable steps to identify the relevant personal data.

We will delete or anonymize applicable personal data unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

4. Facebook and Instagram App Removal

You can also remove access to apps and websites through your Facebook account settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook account settings.
  2. Open “Apps and Websites”.
  3. Find the relevant app or website connected to Bilingval, if listed.
  4. Remove access.
  5. If Facebook shows an option to request data deletion, follow the instructions shown by Facebook.

Removing an app from Facebook or Instagram does not always automatically delete all data that may have been previously provided to us. To make sure we receive your request, please also email us at hello@bilingval.com.
